Troopers said Jordan Rishel was driving when she hit a slick area on the road and crashed into a pickup.

One of her key contributions to the community was starting up Washington County Gives, a day each year to raise money for area nonprofits.

She was a dedicated mother with a work ethic like no other, and she put everyone before herself, especially her kids.
